About Yashar’el Empowerment FoundatioN
Yashar’el Empowerment Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving and uplifting underserved communities in Baltimore and beyond. Our mission is to restore hope, meet essential needs, and empower individuals through consistent outreach, resources, and education.
As the nonprofit partner of Yashar’el Financial Empowerment, we receive both donor funding and volunteer support that help us expand our programs and reach more people. Together, we are committed to addressing immediate needs—such as providing care packages to the unsheltered—while also working toward long-term solutions that promote financial stability and community rebuilding.

Your gift helps us provide monthly care packages with food, hygiene items, and clothing to Baltimore’s unsheltered community
Clothing Donations
We gladly accept new or gently used clothing for men and women, including:
Seasonal items (coats, jackets, sweaters)
T-shirts, pants, and casual wear
New underwear (men’s and women’s)
Socks, hats, and gloves (new preferred)
Shoes in good condition
Clothing Donation Guidelines:
Items must be clean, freshly washed, and free of stains or odors
No rips, holes, or excessive wear
Shoes should be paired together and in wearable condition
Underwear and socks must be brand new in original packaging
Please sort and label bags/boxes by clothing type and size when possible
Hygiene and Food Donations
Help us stock our monthly care packages with:
Toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, soap, shampoo
Feminine hygiene products
Hand sanitizer and wipes
Non-perishable food items (granola bars, crackers, canned goods with pull-tops)

How Our Inventory & Wish List Works
We keep an updated Inventory & Wish List to show exactly what items we currently have on hand — and what we need most for our monthly community outreach.
How to Use It:
Check the “items provided” tab – The amount of each item needed for the next month will be listed in the “amount of items needed” column.
See What’s in Stock – Items listed in the “current amount” column are the amount of supplies we currently have.
Choose How to Give – You can donate items directly, purchase them online and ship them to us, or give a monetary donation so we can buy them on your behalf.
Use the “supply quick link” tab for direct links to purchase the items used for our monthly giving.
Stay Updated – The list is updated regularly, so you’ll always know our most current needs before donating.
